We want to share an important IRS plan update. The IRS has released Revenue Procedure 2020-45, announcing the new contribution limits for 2021.

There are no changes to flexible spending account (FSA) and commuter benefits contribution limits for 2021.

Medical FSA Annual Contribution Limits 2021 $2,750
Commuter Benefits Monthly Contribution Limits 2021 $270

2021 HSA Contribution Limits

HSA contribution limits were announced earlier this year. The limit for an individual HSA increased to $3,600, while the family contribution limit increased to $7,200.

Family: $7,100
