Role Description

The Administrative Assistant will play a key role in supporting the daily activities of our office. If you possess excellent communication skills and are detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively, we highly encourage you to apply.

A typical day as an Administrative Assistant in might include the following:

* Organize client documents and complete scanning, filing, and/or faxing as required
* Maintain client data with integrity and professionalism; ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
* Compose and type general correspondence such as memos, letters, or reports
* Sort incoming mail, deliver internally, and process and post outgoing mail
* Assist with various administrative support-type tasks such as answering phones or scheduling meetings as needed.
* Assist with office errands

Qualifications

* High School Diploma required or equivalent experience
* 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, with an accounting firm is a huge plus.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
* Adobe Acrobat experience
* Experience operating administrative office equipment (e.g., high-speed copier, scanner, fax machine)
* Ability to execute tasks in a client-centric manner
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team setting and independently
* Ability to take direction, receive and apply feedback, and communicate support needs
* Ability to effectively follow procedures and manage competing priorities
* Ability to demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy and excellent organizational skills

Pay is very competitive. We also have a production bonus for all staff that is objective and based on project revenue you work on.

We are a results based firm which can be challenging when transitioning from a time-tracking environment.
