Maybe you seized that opportunity, maybe you didn’t.

Either way, you gained awareness. You saw the connection between your reaction and your intention. You realized, “Ah, I got angry, but what I really wanted to feel was patience.”

Then life gives you another chance.

Your son dumps out the entire LEGO bin, a million tiny pieces everywhere.

You laugh together. You feel patience.

And in that moment, you realize,
You’re not just calling something in, you’re becoming it.

Life is all about practice.
