Cobb’s Buffalo Chicken Dip
Ingredients
1 Rotisserie Chicken (Chopped/Shredded)
2 Cups your favorite Buffalo Sauce
2 Tablespoons Cobb Ranch Salt (and some to sprinkle on top)
2 blocks Cream Cheese (room temperature)
½ cup fresh Parsley (chopped)
3 cups Sharp Shredded Cheese
1 cup Bacon (crispy and chopped)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
In a mixing bowl, add chicken and cream cheese. Mix
Add 1 ½ cups of your sharp cheddar cheese. Mix well.
Add Buffalo sauce and mix.
Add Cobb’s and parsley. Mix well.
In a casserole dish add your mixture. Layer the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Top dip with bacon, more cobb’s, and parsley.
Serve with ritz crackers, tortilla chips, or veggies.

Grilled Cobb’s Steak Bites & Compound Butter

Steak Bites Ingredients
2-3 lbs Sirloin Steak or Sirloin Roast (Around 1- 1 ½ inches thick)
Cobb’s Ranch Salt
White Pepper
Compound Butter Ingredients
1 Stick Unsalted Butter
3 Tablespoons Cobbs Ranch Salt
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
4 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
2 Teaspoon White Pepper
2 Tablespoons Dried Parsley
½ Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
Steak Bites Directions
- Pat your steaks dry with a paper towel then heavily coat all sides of the steaks with Cobb’s Ranch Salt and sprinkle with white pepper. Set steaks aside for 30-45 minutes or until the steaks are room temperature.
- While waiting for your steak to reach room temperature, fire up your grill and all it to reach 350 degrees.
- Grill steaks for 3-4 minutes and flip to grill for 3-4 more minutes.
At this point, depending on the temperature you deserve determines the time you will continue to cook your steaks.
Rare: An additional 3-4 minutes per side (115 degrees)
Medium Rare: An additional 5-6 minutes per side (120 degrees)
- Remove steak from the grill and allow it to rest for 10 minutes with a dollop of compound butter placed on top.
- Cut Steak into 2-inch bites and serve with additional compound butter.
Compound Butter Directions
- Allow your stick of unsalted butter to sit on the counter for 1-2 hours in order to soften.
- In a mixing bowl, add seasonings and butter. Whisk until better has become creamy and well blended.
- Spoon out butter as needed for your steak garnish.
