Golden Optimists Bicycle Recycle Program

Nice ride up Lookout this morning in memory of Ted Rains. Ted was really the founder of the Golden Optimists Bicycle Recycle Program some 35 years ago. He was indeed one of the most friendly people you ever met and he loved bicycles.
