Remembering our fallen heroes is something I do everyday. My best friend and grandfather fought in WWII. I feel very fortunate to meet some of the 464th Bomb Group members that my grandfather flew missions with over Europe. They have reminded me that not everyone comes home and gets to enjoy the freedoms that we have everyday. I take pride in honoring those who never made it back from war defending our country. 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸 🇺🇸

Legendary Coach John Altobelli dies in helicopter crash CALABASAS -- Orange Coast College suffered an incredible loss on Sunday when longtime baseball coach John Altobelli, his wife, Keri and youngest daughter, Alyssa, were among the victims of a helicopter crash that took the lives of nine people.

Year end report for the Denver Metro area in 2019! Some of the major points:

1. There were 58,404 closed transactions in the Denver Metro area for 2019. Second most ever as there was 59,207 in 2017.

2. The average sold price was $486,695 up 2.85% from 2018.

3. The 30 year fixed-rate mortgage was 3.74% at the end of December 2019. Currently it is 3.64%.

4. Good outlook for purchasing a home in 2020 with historically low interest rates and more construction permits in the metro area.

Went and visited our good friend George Krynovich today! I found out about an hour ago that my grandfather Karl Hass and George are about 20 feet apart from each other!
