We unfortunately have sad news to pass along. One of our past beneficiaries Scott Eckhardt passed away in his sleep last week. Scott was a Huerfano County Deputy that was critically injured in the line of duty in 2021 when his patrol car was rammed during a vehicle pursuit. His car rolled several times and he received a TBI head injury along with other injuries. The MC1 Foundation stepped in to help Scott during his recovery. He unfortunately had to medically retire from law enforcement because of it. Last week at the age of 46 he passed away. He leaves his wife Sarah and 3 boys. We are posting this to ask for help for his family in their time of need. Please use this link if you are able to donate. Thank You

Join us as we come together to support Weld County Deputy Patrick Bailey, who was seriously injured in the line of duty after being struck by a DUI driver on February 1, 2026.
The MC-1 Foundation and the Windsor American Legion Post 109 invite the community to an afternoon of support, food, and fellowship as we rally around Deputy Bailey and his family during this challenging time.
