🤷‍♀️WTH do these numbers actually mean? 0 Celsius and 32 Farenheit are when water is supposed to freeze or turn to snow.💦🌊💧🧊

Overall, its a nice day outside. I wore sweatpants, a flannel, runners and a fleece lined jacket out.
