Bus Tour 2026 | RiceSWCD 05/04/2026

Farmers and agricultural professionals are invited to take part in a three-day educational and networking experience through the Southeast Minnesota Soil Health Bus Tour to the 2026 National Strip-Till Conference, scheduled for August 5–7, 2026.
We’ll depart Owatonna on Wednesday, August 5, with a pick-up stop in Stewartville. A highlight of the tour will be a pre-conference workshop at the Bayer Crop Science Research Farm in New Berlin, Illinois, with in-field discussions, demonstrations, and networking.
The cost to attend is $100 per participant, a significantly reduced rate made possible through grant funding. This is an incredible value, and seats are being filled now with farmers from our area. Don’t miss this opportunity to attend one of the best soil health conferences in the US. Deadline to register is July 15, 2026.
You don’t have to be strip-tilling already. Come and ask questions, get real world answers. You’ll learn as much on the bus as you will at the conference.
To register or learn more, visit www.riceswcd.org/bustour2026 or call the Rice SWCD at 507-332-5408 or the Steele SWCD at 507-451-6730.
