Our 2026 T3 Class is in full swing, and they have already accomplished so much!

In their first few weeks, the students have been gaining hands-on experience through classroom sessions, in-shop training, and some time spent at one of our Jayco jobsites. From tool safety and framing to installing electrical service and insulation, they’ve already built a strong foundation of construction skills.

We asked what their favorite part of the program has been so far, and here’s what they had to say: framing, learning new things and seeing the work physically come together, and the relationships they’ve built along the way!

We’re so proud of this group, and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for them!
