Keys to success with ARES include:

1. Customer service - ability to communicate clearly and consistently with multiple customers

2. Organization - ability to keep track of project details, keeping yourself and your team on track to complete projects

3. Follow through - ability to manage multiple projects to complete the scope of work, maintain a schedule, and achieve budget/profit goals.

Experience with Xactimate, insurance processes, and project management principles is a plus.
