The New Year is quickly approaching! This year I am choosing a word (or 2) to focus on that allows me to live more fully into my values. I really want to focus on items that tie directly into my core values.

Word #1: Intentional. I need to focus on being more deliberate in what I am doing and why. What’s most important to me? FAMILY is my #1. It can be hard to put them first when you have a demanding job that asks a lot of you. This year I will be intentional in the ways I show them they are #1 and the time spent together.

Word #2: Bloom. I have had my consulting business for a long time doing side jobs for friends and family. This year, I really want to be intentional here too and really make this business bloom.

What are your intentions for the coming year?
