We’re looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead and grow our Grand Forks division. Clean It Crew is rapidly expanding, operating in North Dakota, Minnesota, Nevada, and Arizona, and we’re looking for the right leader to scale our operations locally and build a strong, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and scale day-to-day operations in the Grand Forks market

Manage job scheduling and ensure precise ex*****on of all services

Hire, train, and, when necessary, terminate employees to uphold company standards

Serve as the communication bridge between the call center, field staff, and customers

Drive growth through new contract acquisition and service expansion

Position Requirements:

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable managing operations, field crews, and customer relationships

Results-driven mindset with a passion for growth

Compensation:

Base salary plus commission for new contracts signed

Profit-sharing on gross profit generated from operations

Clear path for advancement within a multi-state company
