Nicole is the Business Development Manager at Express Employment Professionals in Grand Forks, where she partners with local businesses to help solve hiring challenges and build strong, reliable workforces. With more than 14 years of experience in workforce solutions and leadership, Nicole brings a consultative and relationship-focused approach to every partnership.

She works closely with both clients and her recruiting team to ensure the right talent is matched with the right opportunity, helping businesses grow with confidence. Nicole is known for her responsiveness, transparency, and commitment to doing what’s best for her clients, always focused on creating long-term partnerships and workforce solutions that support business goals.

Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active by running the Greenway, spinning at The Pedal, and most importantly, spending quality time with her family.
