I am not sure there are words to convey the gratitude in my heart toward all of our coaches and athletes. I thank you all for being a part of this adventure, for being a part of my life, and for being my friends.
What a fun Saturday morning we had! Lots of shoulder mobility, a partner WOD, some new friends trying CFGF out and a little extra leg mobility....Happy Easter everyone!
Sunday 4:30pm class is as normal.
