Jerry Foote’s life cycle ended on May 10, 2025 and he journeyed off to Mt. Olympus to partake in an eternity of happy hours and revelry with Dionysus, the god of wine, in the Elysian fields.

Jerry had a life of purpose and fulfillment teaching Sociology in Montana, New York City, and Delaware, working with arrested juveniles, volunteering at local museums, and enjoying periodic hedonistic adventures.

Jerry has bequeathed his body to the University of North Dakota Medical School, so he can continue teaching in death as in life.

He is survived by a sister, Susan Sande of Scottsdale, Az.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents.

Per his wishes, there will not be a funeral or memorial service.
