They are running a food drive until the end of July! 𝐁𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐰𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐧𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝟓𝟎% 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤. ☕

Your food items will go to local families in need through the Mission pantry. Thank you to manager Amy and her team at Caribou for setting this up. ❤

Mark your calendar for July 26th! Verity is leading a yoga session at University Park and collecting canned goods to feed local families. ❤ Sounds like the first "Flow with Purpose" session went well, with a few more to come!

Flow with Purpose: Verity Health and Wellness connects yoga and outreach Community members were invited to connect through meditative yoga practice, with a portion of the proceeds supporting Northland Rescue Mission.
