What a day! ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ ๐Ÿ’ฅ

The Ottawa GOP 2A Freedom Fair was an incredible success - great shooting, great people, and a powerful reminder of why we stand for faith, freedom, and the Second Amendment.

This yearโ€™s event was dedicated to the memory of Charlie Kirk, whose courage and conviction continue to inspire so many of us to stand strong for the values that make America great.

From family and friends to fellow patriots across Ottawa County, it was amazing to see our community come together in celebration of freedom.

Huge thanks to everyone who helped make it happen - our sponsors, volunteers, and the North Ottawa Rod & Gun Club for hosting us at their newly renovated range.

Already looking forward to next year! ๐ŸŽฏ๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ

Itโ€™s inspiring to see ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป Ottawa GOP, Kent County GOP, and Muskegon County Republican Party coming together with shared purpose. The energy and unity ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป in the room was undeniable โ€” a great sign of whatโ€™s ahead as we work together for victory in 2026 and beyond ๐Ÿš€๐Ÿ›๏ธ

The Ottawa County Democratic Party is at it again, attacking our local GOP legislators with false claims and cheap shots.

๐Ÿšจ Letโ€™s set the record straight.

Republicans do care deeply about public safety, foster youth, and assault survivors. The real debate is about how best to serve them. For too long, Lansing has thrown more money at broken systems while families see little improvement.

Smaller government doesnโ€™t mean less compassion. It means more accountability and efficiency. Nonprofits, faith-based groups, and local organizations stretch every dollar further and deliver services that actually change lives. Our goal is to rebuild Michiganโ€™s budget on a sustainable foundation and empower communities, not bureaucracy.

And the truth is this: Nancy DeBoer, Bradley Slagh, Luke Meerman, and Greg VanWoerkom have consistently earned the trust of Ottawa County voters because they put our community first. Suggesting otherwise isnโ€™t just unfair. Itโ€™s an insult to the people who keep electing them.

Thatโ€™s not neglect. Thatโ€™s responsible leadership. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ
