On June 26th, 2010, while watching the Fishing Station, my life's journey played out before me. I saw my true self, my sin nature, and the state of my heart. In that moment, I acknowledged my deserving of hell. Then, a clear voice from the Lord promised, 'The day you walk without sin is the day you will see my face.' Everything lifted.

I used to be addicted to ministry, but I've learned to prioritize knowing the Lord. Now, I often don't reveal I'm a pastor upfront. Why? Because when people know, they get weird. I'd rather connect authentically and let my character and daily decisions speak through the Holy Spirit, rather than have them change their behavior just because a pastor is around.
