There have been quite a few calls inquiring if we are still available for inspections into our office.

We here at IFS take the current COVID-19 situation very seriously and have taken every precaution to insure the safety of both our employees and our customers. Because of this, we feel confident that we can continue to service your needs in a safe and healthy manner.

We also realize that homeowners, Realtors and prospective buyers alike, want to minimize exposure while not putting off much needed evaluations. Some of you are under a time crunch.

For your safety and ours, we perform cleanings of the inspection equipment before and after every evaluation. We encourage there be no physical contact while requiring minimal face to face exposure to provide the thorough service you've come to expect from us. Often times we can do our evaluation with nobody else at the property.

With that said, please feel free to call us and we will insure that we navigate the process to meet your personal needs or the needs of your customers in the safe manner that you require.

If the state deems it necessary for our industry to stay home/quarantine, we will follow all state regulations until we are allowed to resume.
