San Diego bar owner Erick Castro started adding the French liquor Green Chartreuse to his Piña Colada and wound up making it the star of the drink. The Chartreuse bings an herbal complexity, fresh lime and pineapple juice provide bright acidity, while cream of coconut rounds everything off. Stop in this week and try one!
