Inspired by our team's shared love of cheese, we recently hosted a "Cheese the Day" potluck and challenged everyone to bring their favorite cheese-inspired dish. For an hour, the focus wasn't on projects or meetings. It was on homemade recipes, good conversation, and spending time together as a team.

Culture isn't built only through big initiatives. It's also built in the moments that give people a chance to connect, laugh, and enjoy working together.
