Congratulations to Ferris State University on the Ribbon Cutting of your new Early Learning Center! Thank you for the opportunity to partner with you and Granger Construction Company in creating this new learning environment

Ferris State University’s new $5.5 million Early Learning Center will be creating opportunities for School of Education students today, but also preparing the young ones in their care for a life of success.

“We are opening a facility that is focused on the future,” Ferris State President Bill Pink said. “We are truly educating students; children who will go on to have a beautiful and huge impact on this world. It’s a long game and not a short game. The importance of early childhood education is imperative for our future. If facilities like this take care of our children, and educate them in a proper way, we are in a better place as a community, as a state, as a country and as a society.”

Pink joined faculty and staff members, leaders from partners Granger Construction Company and families to cut the ribbon and dedicate the facility, located on the west side of the Big Rapids campus.
