High turnover. Fast pace. Constant product changeovers.
Meat, seafood, and deli departments move quickly, and sanitation programs have to keep up.
But in a lot of operations, the foam unit is in the back room, the hose hookup is 40 feet from the seafood case, and the sanitizer is a spray bottle near the sink. Getting through a full program means tracking everything down before the sequence can even start. And when teams share equipment across service areas, dragging that hose from zone to zone means dragging whatever is on it too.
That's not a people problem. That's a setup problem.
