A few reminders:
✔️ Wear insect repellent when outdoors
✔️ Perform tick checks after spending time outside
✔️ Shower soon after spending time in wooded or grassy areas
✔️ Remove ticks promptly with tweezers
✔️ Contact your healthcare provider if you develop symptoms after a bite
