These soldiers arrived today. We will have seven more coming in Monday. We are looking forward to watch this project come together.
Let’s take a ride on a four station nut welding machine. In station 1 the operator loads a part into the machine, stations 2 & 3 we are automatically placing and welding nuts, and in station 4 a robot is unloading the machine.
Robotic Simulations, YES we do that! Here we have a multi robot cell currently in the build process at Reliable Automation. Using the sim software we can double check the function of everything on the machine to insure there aren’t any issues resulting in delays with the build process.
This was a very unique machine. We needed to punch holes on the top surface of a tube with a 1/2" x 3/8" opening and the slugs couldn't stay in the tube. This machine is currently running in Mexico.
