Join this Friday, April 10th at 7:30pm for a Red Light Reformer class!

DRIP Reformer experience is a mandatory prerequisite for this mixed-level class.

You’ll be guided through a 45-minute, grounding and challenging, full body workout on the Reformer, followed by 10 minutes of stretching and breath work in closer proximity to the RLT devices.

Red Light Therapy can decrease inflammation, increase elastin, collagen and fibrin production, and improve microvascular circulation — which pairs well with our reformer workouts. I like to say “it’s good for skin, sleep, stress and more!”
Protective eyewear is available.

For best results, wear workout clothing with enough skin exposed to absorb Red & Near Infrared wavelengths (sports bra, shorts, full coverage grippy socks).
