This week, Krystal — our Myofunctional Therapist — hosted a Buteyko Breathing course right here at LūM, and we loved seeing this room packed.

Buteyko Breathing is a method focused on retraining your body to breathe through your nose and regulate your breath patterns. It sounds simple, but the impact is real — improved sleep quality, reduced anxiety, better oxygen efficiency, and overall wellness benefits that carry into daily life.

This course is free for our patients, because we believe education is part of treatment. 💙
