Fire Cupping- Often referred to as a reverse massage, this is a very beneficial treatment where a flame is inserted into glass cups in order to remove the oxygen and create a vacuum. The cups are then applied to different areas of the body and may be moved along the body. The cups open the pores and allows stagnate blood to flow. In addition, this draws out and releases any built up toxins and inflammation.
Cupping helps to balance and harmonize the body as a whole, and to treat conditions of pain, tightness, swellings, fluid accumulations, digestive issues, and colds.

New research points to the interstitium — a continuous, fluid‑filled network of connective‑tissue spaces — as a possible anatomical basis for acupuncture meridians. Needle insertion can mechanically tug the collagen matrix (winding connective tissue around the needle) and allow fluid and signals to travel along these interstitial pathways. Imaging with chemical tracers has even shown fluid migrating along routes that match classic meridians. This may help bridge Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western biomedicine by explaining how needles in one area produce physiological, pain‑relieving responses in distant parts of the body.
