Grapevine Faith

Recently, four of our Speech and Debate team members competed in the National Speech & Debate Meet.

Owen Little came home as a quarterfinalist in prose interpretation, placing in the top 30 of 250 competitors in the US.

Speech Captain Zane Duffy continued to impress, becoming a double-octafinalist. Zane and Owen also competed in Duo Interpretation, placing in the top third nationally!

Lastly, supplemental members Josh and Carson competed in expository speaking and extemporaneous debate, respectively. Both received positive feedback and strong results.

Give these guys your congratulations the next time you see them; they have worked so hard this summer!

Today is the day Class of 2026! Soak it all in and enjoy every moment! We are so proud of you! And to these Alpha and Omega students (pictured)…it seems like yesterday that you were on those risers on the stage at Worth Street in your kindergarten caps and gowns. What an incredible journey it’s been!
