Paragon is honored to support upcoming engagements with former SEAC Ramón “CZ” Colón-López (ret.), one of the most respected enlisted leaders in modern U.S. military history.

CZ is a retired senior noncommissioned officer of the U.S. Air Force who served 33 years in uniform, culminating as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff (SEAC), the highest-ranking enlisted position in the U.S. military. In that role, he advised on the readiness, morale, and effectiveness of 2.4 million service members worldwide.

His leadership was forged through experience, not theory. A former Special Operations Pararescueman, CZ deployed repeatedly to combat zones, including Afghanistan, leading under fire and in crisis where lives depended on decisive action. His service spans Joint Special Operations Command, United States Africa Command, United States Air Forces Central Command, and the Pentagon.

CZ is the first enlisted member of the U.S. Armed Forces to receive the Defense Distinguished Service Medal and is also a recipient of multiple Bronze Stars, the Air Force Combat Action Medal, and numerous joint and service level leadership honors.

As part of these engagements, CZ will be joining the Exchange for book signing events promoting his new book, Carnivore Leadership, alongside on base speaking engagements by invitation of command.
