1 Trade Logistics

1 Trade Logistics is currently seeking a highly motivated individual to work in our international department. This induvial will work closely with other operations team members and be responsible for handling and managing both air and ocean shipments for customers and international agents.

Responsibilities:

Daily follow up and communication with customers and carriers
Daily tracking and tracing of shipments
Setting up bookings and appointments via phone and email
Preparing and providing freight quotes to international agents and customers
Preparing and processing shipping documents to send to carriers
Data Entry
Participate in other projects as assigned by management

Requirements:

Willing to work in a team environment
Strong computer skills: efficient in MS office, Outlook, and QuickBooks
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and efficiently problem solve
Strong Organizational skills
Attention to detail
Logistics/Transportation experience preferred
Bilingual (English - Spanish) Preferred but not required
