We’re honored to share that the TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Paris, Texas has received Marriott International’s Global Design 2026 Best Project Award — with Type Six Design & Development serving as the architect for this award-winning dual-brand hospitality project.

Developed by TEKMAK Development Company, this project was recognized among Marriott developments worldwide for excellence in architecture, design, construction quality, and collaboration. The Paris, Texas property received the award in the dual-brand category, highlighting the thoughtful integration of both TownePlace Suites and Fairfield Inn & Suites within one cohesive development.
