I just LOVE the New Year! It feels vibrant with possibilities and I see it as an opportunity to take personal inventory and focus on what I can fine-tune in my life to bring more meaning, happiness, and insight.

My New Year’s intention will be all about balance; learning to navigate the launch of my business BLEND, and all that is needed to make it happen and maintain my healthy lifestyle of yoga, exercise, mediation, eating healthy food, and sharing in life with others. BLEND is the manifestation of my heart, soul, and hard work.

BLEND is about balance and nurturing oneself. As I learn to find balance in my life it can be the small things that make the difference such as taking time to massage body butter into my skin after a relaxing bath and intentionally being in gratitude for my body and for all it does to serve me each and every day.

When blending and making my body butter, I give it my full attention, infusing each product with the intentions of the highest good for all. It is my mediation, my prayer. This brings much balance into my life it is my greatest wish is that it brings balance to your own life.

🌿Many of my essential oils are organic and also I purchase from a very reputable company with third-party testing.
🌿I use all reputably sourced and organic ingredients. I purchase my butter from an excellent company that supports Fair Trade, Organic and Kosher.

The power and quality of the ingredients are undeniable and the results are second to none.
