EEA recently attended a topping off event for 166 N. Aberdeen in Chicago’s Fulton Market District. It’s exciting to see construction progress on this 21-story mixed-use building. Comprised of 224 rental units and ground-level retail, 166 N. Aberdeen will feature 70 parking spaces, as well as a fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor lounge, and co-working space.

We had a great night at the 2022 Illinois Real Estate Journal Awards! Thank you RE Journals for naming Eriksson Engineering Associates Engineering Firm of the Year! It was wonderful to see so many clients and friends as we came together to celebrate the Illinois Real Estate industry.
