What Is a Habit? A habit is something we do repeatedly until it becomes automatic. Your habits shape your character, and your character influences your destiny. We can have good and bad habits.

📖Bad Habit Example: (Judges 16)
Samson did not fall overnight. He developed habits of ignoring God's instructions and giving in to temptation. Eventually those habits led to bad consequences.
