The FIVCO Area Development District office will be closed on Friday, June 19th in observance of Juneteenth. We will reopen on Monday, June 22nd at 8:00 a.m. ET.

Join our staff Thursday, June 18th at 5:00 p.m. at Kentucky Christian University's Life Center for our community engagement meeting.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the region's Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy (CEDS). This plan is updated annually for the Economic Development Administration. For more information on this plan, visit - https://www.eda.gov/archives/2016/ceds/

The FIVCO Area Development District was awarded a KY Opioid Abatement Grant to create a Recovery Community Center in Boyd County along with a number of great partner agencies.

We are now accepting applications for two positions for the Boyd County Recovery Community Center: Executive Director and Peer Support Specialist.

Please note that these positions are NOT FIVCO Area Development District positions. While they are full time positions, the Boyd County Recovery Community Center is currently only funded for the two-year grant cycle.
