Gulf Therapy

Who is ready for some morning bliss tomorrow? The Gulf will be too rough to paddle but there is plenty to explore on the lake. I’ll bring coffee and muffins too so we can all have some connection on the beach. Please comment below if you need a board. I’m behind on my website as usual…thanks in advance for the grace. Great crew this morning, good conversation, hot coffee and some waves!

Such a beautiful event to spread Christmas cheer on the water with the community. The boys also were stoked on some waves the we were nourished at The Space after with healthy snacks, hot cider and bone broth cocoa. We boosted our immunity with that hot and cold therapy with the amazing barrel sauna and ice baths…which you know are my fave! ❄️🎅🎄🌊🏄‍♀️ Gratitude to everyone that made it.
