Hit legs at today. Feeling like my body is doing what I want during this 12 week competition. I'm the leanest I've been with my abs peeking through and am feeling like my size and strength have continued to improve as well. Only a few more weeks left so I'm keeping my foot on the gas with training, cardio, and nutrition so I can show up at my best mid-June
