Their process of handmaking and recrafting hats makes Greeley Hat Works a unique asset to both the manufacturing and retail industries in Northern Colorado.

The Northern Colorado Economic Development Initiative is continuing to catalyze resources and support tools for the business community throughout Larimer and Weld counties to meet the current needs of companies. During the first quarter of this year, the group collected 124 unique survey responses highlighting current business needs and challenges. Insights through these surveys help the region’s municipalities create additional strategic programs to keep Northern Colorado’s economic health thriving.

Business Impact Survey May 2022 - Choose Northern Colorado Thank you, Northern Colorado business community, for participating in NoCo REDI’s 6th business impact survey. Insights through these surveys help the region’s municipalities create strategic programs to keep Northern Colorado’s economic health thriving.

Announced today, Gotham Greens is expanding to a new location in the rail-served Great Western Industrial Park in Town of Windsor Colorado. Gotham Greens joins Weld County's strong agriculture and food production industry presence, bringing fresh produce to the regional market. Their state of the art greenhouses focus on water sustainability and the future of agriculture, using 95% less water and 97% less land than conventional farms. The facility projects to create more than $15 million in economic impact for the town, and brings 55 permanent full-time jobs to Northern Colorado.
