At PFC, we’ve partnered with CallMiner for more than a decade to support call performance monitoring and quality assurance. Whitney has led the initiative to integrate AI Assist, advanced classifiers, and translation capabilities directly into our call system — building a compliance-focused scorecard designed to ensure all Recovery Specialists are evaluated for compliance consistently and accurately, regardless of language.
