We’re excited to welcome Bibianna Baron to the Naranjo Civil team as our new Assistant Project Manager in Southern Colorado!

Bibianna brings over six years of hands-on experience in civil construction and project management, with a strong background in underground utilities, water and wastewater systems, and large-scale residential developments.
Known for her proactive leadership, financial acumen, and calm problem-solving under pressure, Bibianna has earned a reputation as someone who “never gives up” and always leads with precision and purpose.

Based in Colorado Springs, she’ll play a key role in supporting our growing presence across Southern Colorado, helping to deliver projects that strengthen communities and reflect our commitment to quality and collaboration.

We’re excited to welcome Brittany Bauer to Naranjo Civil as our new Accounts Payable Coordinator.

Brittany joined the team on August 25 and brings over seven years of accounting support experience, including five years focused on accounts payable in the construction industry. She has hands-on experience with high-volume invoices, reconciliations, and vendor relationships that make her an excellent fit for our work.
Her background in construction accounting, combined with her strong organizational skills, will be a valuable addition to our team.

We look forward to the expertise and energy Brittany brings to Naranjo Civil.

We had a great time at last week’s site tour of Reynolds Landing for MHFD’s Construction Management Academy!

Our team got to be in the dewatered riverbed during a live shotcrete pour on a sculpted drop structure—an incredible opportunity to dive into design details, construction methods, and real-time adaptations.
