WE TREAT MENTAL HEALTH DIFFERENTLY.

06/30/2026

You keep trying therapy… but this might be what’s missing.

You’ve done the counseling.

You’ve read the books.

You’ve listened to the podcasts.

You’ve learned the coping skills.

Yet you still find yourself overwhelmed, exhausted, reactive, or wondering why lasting change feels so hard.

Because knowledge alone doesn’t regulate a nervous system that has been running on stress for years.

Many high-achieving women are carrying the weight of leadership, caregiving, relationships, careers, and everyone else’s needs. They know what to do—but they rarely have the support, space, and community to actually practice living differently.

That’s why we created RegulateHer Collective.

A community for women who carry it all and are ready to stop surviving and start leading from a regulated, grounded place.
Through nervous system education, restorative experiences, accountability, and meaningful connection, you’ll learn how to:
✨ Reduce overwhelm and burnout
✨ Build resilience under pressure
✨ Regulate your nervous system in real life
✨ Set healthier boundaries without guilt
✨ Reconnect with yourself while still showing up for what matters
Because the goal isn’t to become someone new.
The goal is to return to the version of you that isn’t operating in constant stress mode.
If you’ve been doing the work but still feel stuck, the missing piece may not be more information.
It may be regulation.

💛 The RegulateHer Collective begins this fall.

To all the women who are hyper independent, we see you, girl! 👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼

We all know this is a trauma response and sometimes you just need to let go of control….& if that starts with your own body- so be it. ❤️

Moving your body can release a chemicals called dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin, and endorphins! Pshhhh sign me up!

Dancing helps to quiet your prefrontal cortex, which is responsible for planning! 🧐Did someone say, “quiet?”

Yes 🙌🏽 QUIETS the brain! So get up and dance and let go of that trauma response!

PS I am hosting a RegulateHer Collective starting in September. If you want in, DM me 🥰
