From leis and Hawaiian shirts to one very giant pineapple, our team is bringing the island vibes to the office today for Tropical Tuesday!

But our departmental Spirit Week is about more than just fun outfits—it’s about building connection. Taking time to celebrate together helps boost morale, strengthen relationships, and create the kind of positive culture that keeps a department energized and engaged.

Whether it’s a shared laugh over an inflatable pineapple that can't fit through doorways, talking about where someone got their Hawaiian shirt, or snapping a few photos together, these small moments go a long way in keeping our team connected (even when we’re all busy doing important work).

Here’s to sunshine, smiles, and a strong team spirit as we head into summer shutdown! ☀️ 🌴 🍍

It was a full house as we celebrated Brad’s retirement yesterday in Marinette at our North Coast Marine Manufacturing Training Center—with a potluck full of great food, laughter, and plenty of stories.

Brad’s dedication to NWTC and the impact he has made as a trainer will not be forgotten. He has shared his knowledge, built connections, and made a difference for so many over the years.

Now it’s time to trade in the daily routine for early mornings in the woods and peaceful days on the water.

Happy Retirement, Brad! Enjoy every minute—you’ve earned it.
