Jesse Ray Towne, 49, Green Bay, passed away February 17, 2026, at a local hospital. Family and friends may visit Living Hope Church, 1840 W. Mason St., Green Bay, on Friday, February 27, 2026, where there will be a Celebration of Jesse's life at 6:30 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Camp Daniel or Living Hope Church that will be used for the Able Church program for the disabled community that enriched Jesse's life so much.
