Effective immediately: 30% charge for all cancellations within 24 hours, and 50% charge for all no-call/no-shows. All clients will need to have a card on file when booking.

We understand that things come up, and we really do try to be accommodating. Lately it feels like some of our stylists are getting their books stacked with people who end up leaving them sitting there not making any money. It gets discouraging and frustrating to watch this happen over and over again, making us tighten up our policies for everyone.
