Here we have some active carpenter ants. They can cause just as much damage as termites but their habits are quite different. In the video if you watch closely you’ll notice the ants are excavating, and actually removing the wood from the tree and spitting it out. Carpenter ants don’t consume the wood like a termite does, they simply excavate the wood for nesting.
When dealing with wasp, I like to sneak in while they’re asleep! Mainly because I don’t like being stung especially on a ladder! If it Bugs you, Bug us!

Here we have an emergence of cluster flies, these guy’s and gal’s are an overwintering pest, meaning in the fall they seek warm areas such as attics and wall voids to manage the cold weather. With the rising temperature they will emerge and gather in groups for breeding. These pest aren’t harmful, but can be a nuisance to home owners trying to enjoy their patio area in the spring.

Have you had your crawl space inspected recently?
These are some recent finds, but very common issues in our area.
We are approaching swarm season for subterranean termites, any wood in contact with the ground around your house is an open invitation and could lead to major issues.
I’d say about 60% of the crawl space homes I inspect have an issue with fungal growth. Prolonged growth can lead to a weak structure and terrible air quality inside your home.
