For as little as $500, individuals, families, and foundations can help pay for farm and local-food-business projects such as barn renovations, delivery trucks, vegetable washing stations, tractors, and hoop houses. Today we are highlighting Hosta Hill, located in the Berkshires, that is an important part of the food system. They take locally grown vegetables and produce them into delicious fermented foods such as kimchi, krauts, and kraut juices -- field-to-ferment!
