Meet our Business Systems Developer, Zach Hartman! Zach brings a unique background in technology, systems leadership, and service to Force Tech.

Zach is a decorated Air Force veteran who spent eight years as a Special Operations aircrew member on the C-130. Following his military service, he joined NASA, where he spent the last five years as an IT Specialist at Kennedy Space Center. In that role, he led software development and data systems management for the SBIR program, a congressionally mandated federal initiative supporting small business innovation research.

Originally from Fort Wayne, Zach is proud to call Indiana home. At Force Tech, he helps strengthen our internal systems, improve workflows, and develop practical technology solutions that support our team and clients.

And joining him in the spotlight is Ares, Zach’s dog and trusted sidekick!
