We have some exciting weekend options for September!!!

For the month of September, we will be doing September Saturdays! We will have ⏱️3 Tabata Sessions⏱️ offered each Saturday! Each Saturday will feature a different focus!

September:
7 - Cardio & Core💦
14 - Upper Body Focus💪🏽 (may still include cardio/core😉)
21 - Lower Body Focus💪🏽(may still include cardio/core😉)
28 - Cardio & Core 😅

Time Slots:
🌟10:00 - 10:50 am
🌟11:00 - 11:50 am
🌟12:00 - 12:50 pm

We have a limit of 4 people per time slot!

Pricing:
Individual Tabata Session - $25
*Package of 2 Tabata Sessions - $45
*Package of 3 Tabata Sessions - $65
*Package of 4 Tabata Sessions - $85

All fitness levels are welcome! You do not have to be a current client/member to participate!

These slots can be paid for through Venmo or you can drop a check off at the studio prior! Payment is required to hold your slot! You will be refunded and/or offered to switch times if there is not enough interest in the slot you selected!
